"The King and the Jester" are a popular punk rock-group from St. Petersburgh. What sets them apart from everyone else is that their songs are basically short (though slightly morbid) stories, much like the old folk tales of witches and the living dead, with a weird sence of moral in them, too. Also, they can't be called folk musicians - they are "punk", all the way.
